This job does not imply proactive sales as it is focused on working with incoming requests.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Building and strengthening relationship with existing and new customers to enable future bookings;
  • Achieving individual revenue goals and budget goals for overall team performance;
  • Making proposals for groups accommodation and events, contracting;
  • Handling all types of events and coordinating groups accommodation;
  • Handling conflict situations;
  • Being part of the Hotel’s team for maximizing revenue goals and perfecting customers’ satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent English, native Russian;
  • A candidate with a strong background in event sales, preferably with hotel sales experience;

  • Reactive sales experience or event management experience within hospitality is a must (minimum 1 year);
  • Ability to maintain performance level under the pressure;
  • Operational efficiency is required;
  • Business correspondence etiquette;
  • Communication skills.
