Candidate requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 year experience in Corporate Sales Manager/ Sales Manager MICE, Group segment position in international hotel chain
  • Good knowledge of the main Moscow international hotel market, competitors, their pricing and positioning
  • Excellent knowledge of Moscow hotel market, corporate and MICE market
  • Dynamic and result oriented sales person with strategic view
  • Effective communication skills in basic sales activity, sales monitoring, sales negotiation, product presentation, questioning techniques to assist in establishing client needs
  • Pro-active approach and “hunger” for business
  • Out of the box thinking

 Main responsibilities:

  • To promote the hotel on the Regional, National and European Market
  • Recommends regional and global key account activities
  • To maintain contacts with Key Corporate Accounts of the market
  • To develop contacts with new/targeted corporate accounts
  • To increase corporate segment production in terms of convention part and maintain sufficient hotel market share
  • Proactive to arrange meetings with existing and new accounts (Sales Calls, Trade Shows, Sales Blitz, mailing campaigns, Social Networking)
