Описание вакансии: 


1. Overall responsibility for all operational components of the reception to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
2. Train and develop staff to ensure superior guest service of all Front Office Personnel.
3. Scheduling according to the occupancy rate of the hotel and maintaining the time sheet ;
4. Work with Housekeeping and Engineering on daily operations regards to guestroom status.
5. Responsible for addressing and resolving all customer service issues
6. Interaction with Russian authorities on issues of migration and registration of guests;
7. Be responsible for reports.


1. Higher education;
2. Fluent English;
3. Previous experience in hospitality as Front Office Manager (3 years);
4. Management skills;
5. Guest-oriented;
6. Well organised;
7. Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines;
8. High Level understanding of what constitutes excellent customer service.
